About Us

As the name suggests, we are Antonis and George, two brothers that have been investing in property for over 10 years and have a multi-strategy portfolio covering London and Liverpool. Antonis is an ACA qualified accountant who works for large corporate companies in the City. George is a Project Manager working in the Banking and Oil industries, with clients across the world.

Some of the strategies we have employed over the years are BRR (Buy Refurbish Refinance), Conversions and HMOs. We have invested heavily in our property education, training with the Property Master Academy, and developed our skillset working with successful experienced investors to ensure we can be the best property investors that we can be. Antonis’ eye for figures and George’s love for managing every single detail on a project brings us to where we are today.

Our goals are to grow our portfolio and help as many people as we can to earn an income from their capital.

Why HMOs?

This strategy is a great way to increase the cash flow from one single property. In London where the yields are so low, this is a great way to achieve high cash return whilst still tapping into the capital appreciation, so this is the best of both worlds for portfolio building.

The HMO model has been around for decades, originating from the traditional bed sit type properties that provided low price accommodation. Now, this model is used to provide some of the most luxury rental properties and are a lifestyle choice for the masses.
